About the Role

As a Credit Investor Sales, this role will support the Singapore Credit Sales team in maximizing and diversifying the team revenue. Work closely with traders and syndicate to distribute credit products in both primary and secondary markets, thereby developing or deepening relationships with institutional investors based in Singapore.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role and you will be provided with the coaching and the tools needed to succeed. Our culture emphasizes collaboration and growth, ensuring you are set up for long-term success.

What will your day look like?

In your role as an Associate, Credit Investor Sales you will:

  • Work closely with our existing client base while actively developing new relationships across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Partner with trading, research & other teams to deliver market insights, trade ideas, and best-in-class execution.
  • Play an integral role in growing the firm’s Credit business while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory alignment.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of institutional investors and hit the ground running with ownership of client coverage.

  • Market Awareness: An understanding of Credit (or broader Fixed Income) markets is helpful. Prior experience in Credit Sales, Trading, or related roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Familiarity: Exposure to Bloomberg, MarketAxess, and TradeWeb is beneficial.
  • Drive to Grow: A proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn from colleagues and clients.
