Our client is on the lookout for an Associate Creative Director who’s not just full of big ideas, but knows how to shape them into real, impactful work.

What You’ll Do:

• Bring bold, original ideas to the table — and guide them through from concept to launch
• Lead creative responses to client briefs with vision, flair, and strategic insight
• Help shape campaign development, social-first storytelling, and standout integrated work
• Inspire internal teams and clients through strong presentations and idea framing
• Art-direct, guide, and mentor — from visuals to messaging to final execution
• Drive pitch work and award submissions that show off the agency’s best
• Keep things running smoothly across projects, timelines, and teams (including third-party collaborators)

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in creative roles (agency side ideal) with strong campaign chops
• A portfolio full of ideas that move people — not just pretty pictures
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital culture
• Natural leader who can clearly communicate design direction and creative intent
• Comfortable running big projects and small ones — with the same level of care
• Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and hungry to do great work
• Bonus points if you’ve got award wins or shortlist credits under your belt
• Chinese language skills are nice to have, but not essential
