Client & Candidate Engagement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and culture
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and market insights
Job Matching & Placement
  • Match candidates to roles based on skills, values, and aspirations
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process
Market Insights & Business Support
  • Keep up with trends in the retail and hospitality sectors
  • Support team initiatives, contribute to market mapping, and attend relevant industry events
What we are looking for
  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience or hospitality customer service
