Your key responsibilities

In this assignment, you have the opportunity to collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather requirements to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design and develop cloud-based applications and services on the Azure platform with secure and scalable architectures to meet the specifications.

You would be required to collaborate with architecture teams and development teams to achieve the expected outcome. Perform root cause analysis of application performance problems and implement appropriate solutions.

You are expected to stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices, and to provide guidance and support to team members on Azure Application Insights and related tools.

Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proven experience as an Azure Application Developer or similar role
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and possess initiative
• Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• Hold at least a diploma in the relevant field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and technologies
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) and experience with application development
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the aptitude to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
