Associate Consultant / Consultant

What you will do

1. Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates.

2. Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable.

3. Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position.

4. Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines.

5. Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events.

6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency to keep us ahead of the competition.
