Job summary

MUFG Bank, Ltd Singapore Branch is seeking an Associate Client Implementation Manager to oversee end-to-end onboarding for corporate clients in transaction banking across APAC. You will coordinate with clients, product teams, and operations to ensure seamless integration and delivery, leveraging ERP/TMS, ISO 20022 XML, and API connectivity.

• Minimum 3+ years’ hands-on experience in banking environments focusing on customer service or client integration.

• Proven delivery experience in ERP/TMS implementation projects including bank connectivity initiatives.
• Strong technical proficiency in ISO 20022 XML and related file construction/validation.
• Experience with connectivity frameworks (H2H, SWIFTNet, API) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated PM abilities with multi-country APAC implementations and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding journeys for corporate clients within MUFG’s Transaction Banking ecosystem.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across APAC to align expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, demos, and solution design; align with Product and Operations.
• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Define implementation plans with milestones, deliverables, timelines; coordinate cross-functional teams.
