Job Description:

We are looking for an entry-level Associate to join our Central Procurement Desk at Sea Group’s HQ. As part of the Operational Excellence Team, you will play a key role in supporting compliance with procurement policies across all entities and regions within the organization by working directly with stakeholders on the ground.

Your responsibilities will include guiding users on procurement policy requirements, improving system adoption, supporting policy development, and driving operational process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, logical, analytical, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a key contact on procurement policies and how to apply them across various business models.
  2. Identify compliance gaps and process inefficiencies.
  3. Analyze procurement trends, system usage patterns, and user pain points to enhance internal processes and efficient usage of procurement systems.
  4. Contribute to procurement policy updates and maintain SOPs based on business needs and user feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in procurement, compliance, process improvement, or internal controls is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Logical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
