Job description

Marketing Campaign Activation and Audience Creation
  • Collaborate with CLM (customer lifecycle management), PM (product marketing), advanced analytics, and wider business teams to gather campaign requirements and translate them into audience segmentation strategies mainly for upsell, cross-sell, and/or retention marketing campaigns. Marketing channels will include electronic direct mail (EDM), SMS, etc.
  • Design, implement, and optimize campaign audience filters/Next-Best-Action, etc. in Oracle Marketing Cloud (Responsys), etc.
Marketing Campaign Analysis
  • Lead end-to-end campaign analysis to improve marketing performance and results, which may include:
    • Write SQL queries and/or Python scripts to extract data for analysis
    • Analyse marketing campaign performance to measure campaign effectiveness
    • Suggest ideas/recommendations/hypotheses/experiments to conduct for the next marketing campaign based on derived insights
    • Present the analysis, derived insights, and suggested next steps
    • Establish benchmarks for marketing campaign performance
    • Design and build Power BI dashboards and/or campaign reporting
Skills for Success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of marketing/advertising analytics
    • Experience in:
      • Marketing analytics
      • Excel/SQL
      • Formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, statistical knowledge
      • Data platforms/visualization tools
  • Strong organizational skills & conscientious personality
  • Meticulous, proactive, and dynamic with the ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and people engagement skills
