Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with business, operations, and other system interfaces to gather requirements.
  • System/Functional Analysis: Performing analyses to facilitate the creation of the Functional Requirements Document (FRS).
  • Operational Workflows and Use Case Diagrams: Creating operational workflows and use case diagrams.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing requirements and functional documents.
  • Software Development Assistance: Assisting with software development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with different internal stakeholders within Oracle.
  • External Collaboration: Working with banks and partners for the delivery of Oracle deliverables.
  • Development/Coding Work: Willingness to take on any development or coding tasks.
  • Production Support: Willingness to work on L1/L2 production support.

Required Skills

  • Exposure to or working knowledge of any of the following functional domains: Payments, Core-banking
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge on SDLC
  • Singaporean citizen or Permanent resident
