Responsibilities (Job scope but not limited to):
- Assist managers in participating in the company's brand strategy planning, formulation, implementation, and operation management, including market strategy planning, brand building, and maintenance to ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Support the brand manager in executing marketing activities and organizing relevant campaigns to increase brand awareness and reputation.
- Help supervise and manage daily brand operations to maintain a consistent brand image.
- Provide evaluation and feedback on brand promotion activities, along with weekly and monthly work reports.
- Collaborate with the product strategy & management team regarding product brand architecture, including how the brand appears 'at shelf' and 'on pack'.
- Must fully understand the Asia e-commerce platform strategy and management, covering areas such as TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and offline sales channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by W NETWORK from time to time.
The individual should be:
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing/brand planning, including agency management.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media, as well as sports & entertainment strategic partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience translating objectives into strategic and tactical plans.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize creative content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong presentation skills, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and focused on data and performance.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Currently residing in the APAC region; the position will be fully hybrid soon, with the head office in Singapore. Flexibility to adjust working hours is required as the direct APAC Director is based in the US.
