Job Description
- Strategic Client Engagement: Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective High Net Worth clients, presenting sophisticated trading and investment products and services tailored to their unique financial objectives and risk profiles.
- Re-engagement: Strategically re-engage with lapsed accounts, leveraging in-depth market insights and personalized outreach to reactivate relationships and identify new opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
- Client Education & Empowerment: Provide comprehensive education to the client base on a diverse range of complex investment products, market dynamics, and wealth management strategies, fostering informed decision-making.
- Exceptional Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with both new and existing High Net Worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all investment needs.
- Proactive Approach: Take a highly proactive approach to managing existing clients, consistently discussing evolving investment opportunities, presenting cutting-edge market research, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions.
- Cross -Selling: Identify and explore opportunities for cross-selling complementary products and services.
- Client-Centric Service Enhancement: Actively solicit and analyze client feedback, needs, and challenges to continuously refine product offerings, service delivery, and overall client experience, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape to anticipate market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and ensure our firm maintains a leading position in sophisticated investment offerings.

- Level of Education: Degree
- Years of Experience: Min 5 years
- Discipline/Related Field: Finance/Business
Licensing
- Relevant CMFAS Licenses (preferable)
Competencies
- An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of proactively seeking new opportunities and contributing ideas to the team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations on Maybank products
- Highly motivated with a desire to hit targets
- A strong interest in investing, trading or financial markets in general
- Experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably with a competitor or in a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Banking and Finance, Economics etc.)
