Job Description

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective High Net Worth clients, presenting sophisticated trading and investment products and services tailored to their unique financial objectives and risk profiles.
  • Re-engagement: Strategically re-engage with lapsed accounts, leveraging in-depth market insights and personalized outreach to reactivate relationships and identify new opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
  • Client Education & Empowerment: Provide comprehensive education to the client base on a diverse range of complex investment products, market dynamics, and wealth management strategies, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain enduring, trust-based relationships with both new and existing High Net Worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all investment needs.
  • Proactive Approach: Take a highly proactive approach to managing existing clients, consistently discussing evolving investment opportunities, presenting cutting-edge market research, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Cross -Selling: Identify and explore opportunities for cross-selling complementary products and services.
  • Client-Centric Service Enhancement: Actively solicit and analyze client feedback, needs, and challenges to continuously refine product offerings, service delivery, and overall client experience, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning: Conduct thorough analysis of the competitive landscape to anticipate market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and ensure our firm maintains a leading position in sophisticated investment offerings.
