Job summary

The role combines financial analysis with independent judgment to support the Investment Committee. Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics, business or a quantitative discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant investment experience in private equity, M&A, leveraged finance, corporate finance consulting or investment evaluation.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO).
- Ability to form an independent investment view and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assess business drivers, industry dynamics, diligence findings and valuation to form an independent view of investment opportunities
- Participate actively in investment due diligence and develop perspectives on key investment considerations
- Develop clear Investment Committee materials highlighting key risk/reward considerations and range of outcomes
- Build and review financial models for valuation, returns and scenario analysis
- Monitor and analyse portfolio companies to support value creation and timely exits
