In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and aim to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Global Financial Markets Operations (GFMO) supports this mission with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ETE collateral management process for OTC derivative products.
  • Issue Client Valuation reports according to SLA.
  • Monitor and escalate issues following the escalation matrix in line with risk management policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new products and enhancement of existing system capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide MTM valuation on OTC derivatives and structured products for GFM clients accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver MTM valuation reports to overseas offices.
  • Provide prices for DBS traded/issued bonds and structured products.
  • Handle audit certification requests from internal and external parties.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase automation.
  • Support business data analysis related to Valuation management.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Middle Office to implement new GFM products.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of operations experience, especially in collateral and valuation management.
  • Familiarity with OTC derivative products, collateral management, and derivative clearing processes.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and achieve outcomes.
  • Curious mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
