Associate, Alternative Capital Markets

The Alternative Capital Markets (ACM) group within the Asset & Wealth Management Division (AWM) is looking for an associate to join the team based in Singapore.

The ACM Group is responsible for structuring, sourcing, and capital raising from Goldman Sachs' ultra high net worth individuals and family offices for non-traditional investment opportunities. This includes private equity, real estate, and hedge funds, both direct strategies and fund-of-funds. ACM serves as the central interface between PWM clients and groups within Goldman Sachs, including AWM direct investing efforts and the External Investing Group (XIG) across private equity, private credit, private real estate, and hedge funds.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Source and structure investment solutions for clients
• Organize roadshows and fundraise for alternative investment products
• Work with XIG to provide discretionary and advisory service
• Provide ongoing client service such as portfolio analysis and updates to investors

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising or as a product specialist in Private Market instruments
• Strong team player
• Detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment instruments
• Driven individual with a solid work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English and Mandarin to serve Southeast Asia and Australia PWM clients.
