Job summary

NTT Data Singapore is seeking an Associate Business Analyst for a 1-year renewable contract to support the national rollout of AI in public healthcare. This role oversees mammography AI operations at BreastScreen Singapore Reading Centres and collaborates with the AimSG team to deploy and operationalise the AI model.

The analyst will coordinate with radiologists, radiographers, and vendors, and provide on-site training and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates welcome; IT, Healthcare, HealthTech experience an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage a variety of stakeholders including clinicians, hospital operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as AimSG site coordinator at Breastscreen Singapore (BSS) Reading Centres (TTSH, SGH, NUH).
Provide first-line support for BSS users including Radiologists, Radiographers, and Diagnostic Radiology Ops; act as main contact between users and AimSG programme/vendors.
Conduct AI usage training for BSS staff on site with familiarity of AimSG and mammography AI models.
Monitor AI model performance and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support BSS workflow including reporting, rostering, studies checking, and transcription of AI results into the BSS system.
Be stationed at one primary site and cover other Reading Centres as needed.
