Qualifications

  • Minimum N Level / Nitec qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production line or related roles.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and ERP systems.

  • Able to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process delivery order data efficiently.
  • Coordinate with operations teams and customers for accurate deliveries.
  • Compile packing lists and input data using Excel.
  • Prepare delivery orders and summary reports.
  • Oversee linen handling and replenishment.
  • Support activities within challenging environments such as prisons.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Purpose:
The Associate Admin & Service Support plays a crucial role in managing delivery orders and customer service to ensure timely, accurate operations. This position involves coordinating with operations teams and customers, handling linen replenishment and deliveries to hospitals, and maintaining precise records and reports. The role also supports operational activities in diverse environments, including prison settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process delivery order data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with operations teams and customers to guarantee timely and correct deliveries.
  • Compile packing lists, input and merge data using Excel, and export final data into the ERP system.
  • Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly delivery orders and summary reports for customers.
  • Oversee linen handling, replenishment, delivery, and update records of linen movement.
  • Support operational activities, including those within challenging environments such as prisons.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
