Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in handling full set of accounts and GST.
  • Audit or Business Outsourcing experience in a Singapore CPA firm preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Financial Accounting & Tax (FA&T) team as Associate based in our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, GST reporting and payment administration.

  • Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules and GST Returns, consolidation, budget and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements).

  • Assist clients with accounting and GST related issues

  • Prepare reporting/distribution timeline for client approval.

  • Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts, GST

  • Work experience (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

  • A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pay attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and work to meet tight deadlines.

  • Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
