Administrative / Operational
- Supervise development and management of projects / campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Monitor profitability of project costs against resource utilisation, able to provide solutions when required.

Client Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with mid-level clients and is the day-to-day client contact for issues and challenges.
- Inspire client confidence in the agency, using these relationships to help protect the work and activate new opportunities.
Strategy
- Drive strategic discussions and objectives on every brief, ensure clear strategic objectives and KPIs for every project/campaign.
- Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand.
- Good understanding of industry trends and their impact on client and company’s businesses.
- In-depth understanding of social / digital trends and best practices; know what works, how to incorporate these into projects and how to evaluate their effectiveness.
Creative
- Constantly challenging / pushing for brave and high quality work - not by criticism but in the spirit of elevating the quality of work with good solutions and ideas.

Job Specifications
1. Knowledge and Experiences Required
- 6-8 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital and content production processes.
- Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team.
- Sound financial planning and budget management experience
2. Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients
