Applies skill and dexterity in the preparation of raw materials for the manufacturing process, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mix solutions, perform valve treatment process using fixtures in the appropriate measurement and sequencing, package finished product, ship for sterilization, escalate machine operations issues; Operate equipment utilizing computerized systems (e.g., EGR, semi-auto).
  2. Self-inspection of work output, including making basic corrections in machine set-up and placement of tools in machines.
  3. Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs; Record traceable information on device history records and entering data into JDE.
  4. Incidental: Perform revision checks of documentation.
Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent Preferred
2 years of related experience in using similar machinery Required.

Additional Skills:
  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Able to read, comprehend, and speak English.
  3. Basic computer skills required; working knowledge of JDE and RFSMART.
  4. Ability to use a wide variety of manufacturing equipment for multiple machine operations and fixtures.
  5. Basic level of understanding of manufacturing procedures.
  6. Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to medical device manufacturing.
  7. Strict attention to detail.
  8. Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures.
  9. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
  10. Work in a Team environment, primarily work with colleagues and supervisor in a team environment.
  11. Ability to effectively provide and accept feedback from colleagues based on sequential work reviews.
