Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Diploma holder to support electronics production with a 12-hour rotating shift. Your role centers on developing and refining process formulations, methods and controls to ensure quality standards are met.

You will create, analyze and review technical charts, establish SOP and FMEA, and assess cost and scheduling implications while integrating equipment and materials to meet technology specs. Drive continuous improvement with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 years working experience in electronic production environment, preferably wafer fab.
  • Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
  • MS Office literate and SPC knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
  • Create, analyze and review technical charts
  • Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
  • Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
  • Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
  • Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
  • Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices
  • Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 years working experience in electronic production environment - preferably from wafer fab and, with basic equipment & process knowledge and with an eye for detail.
  • Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
  • MS Office literate.SPC knowledge.
