Assistant Warehouse Manager | Up to $5,500+VB | Jurong | Office Hours

Remuneration: Basic Up to $5,500+ Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, including inventory, logistics, and team management. Responsibilities include optimizing systems, ensuring quality, managing deliveries, and maintaining safety protocols. The role also involves training the team and coordinating with other departments.

Key Duties:
-Develop and implement efficient warehouse systems for stock handling, FIFO, equipment use, and logistics.
-Supervise daily operations, focusing on quality assurance, inventory control, and space optimization.
-Manage and schedule warehouse team to ensure efficiency and meet performance goals.
-Analyze productivity and create plans to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery as needed.
-Oversee logistics, coordinating with drivers for timely deliveries.
-Train and guide the warehouse team to solve operational issues.
-Manage imports, trucking, unstuffing, and SFA inspections.
-Optimize workflows, staffing, and safety/security measures.
-Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales departments.
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Key Requirement:
-Min. Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
-Min. 5 years in Warehouse Management.
-Expertise in WMS, logistics, inventory control, fleet management, and freight.
-Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce standards.
-Computer literate and forklift certified.
