Our Client, reputable organization representing some of the world’s leading medical brands in various market segments, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Assistant Warehouse Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of duties.

Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the WMS system.

Participate in stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and staff conflicts.

Ensure efficient space utilization and layout planning.

Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.

Monitor equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance or repair as needed.

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Act as the point of contact in the absence of the SCM

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

Capable of performing manual tasks and willing to be hands‑on when required.

Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations is an advantage.

Forklift license or relevant certifications will be a plus.

Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ 8:30am to 5:30pm
