Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, organise and improve systems and work processes seeking continual improvement in workflow of the team (day to day activities)
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPIs are met and compliance with company guidelines
  • Maintain timely deliveries and up-keeping of work documents and records
  • Review and streamline work processes
  • Analyse reports and implement improvements based on the findings of your analysis eg: delivery schedule, packing schedule etc
  • • To ensure SOP and WI are developed, documented, and trained to all staff and proper maintenance are done for all changes.
    • To conduct SOP performance reviews, coaching and mentoring, weekly communication/meeting and addressing disciplinary matters with appropriate course of action.
    • To analyse and plan training and development for all employees (include succession planning).
  • Ensure that team output and documentation is accurate and timely
  • Identify and implement training needs of team members and ensuring that training systems are effective and results driven
  • Train new hires/update processes
  • Manage and uphold discipline of warehouse staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics /Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly within FMCG or in-house warehouse settings.
  • Possess Singapore Forklift License
  • Possess strong problem solving and people management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and work to strict deadlines
  • Competent in computer applications and data analytical skills
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Warehouse location : Tuas
