Responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity.
2. Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.
3. Utilise AS400 and other warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
4. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation management systems.
5. Monitor profit loss statements and implement strategies for cost reduction.
6. Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations.
7. Lead initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in warehouse management is essential.
2. Proficiency in using AS400 and other warehouse management systems.
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including forklift usage.
4. Familiarity with transportation management systems is advantageous.
5. Ability to analyse profit loss statements and implement corrective actions.
6. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
