JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Plant Receiving, Stockroom, and LVHM Kitting activities to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assign daily work activities to subordinates based on priority needs.
  2. Manage department budgeting, manpower planning, and distribution. Ensure expenditures stay within budget.
  3. Develop and provide career paths for subordinates.
  4. Foster discipline and teamwork among subordinates.
  5. Regularly update Stockroom procedures to meet current business demands.
  6. Ensure 100% compliance with ISO procedures.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ideas.
  8. Conduct staff counseling and performance appraisals.
  9. Provide feedback on problems, concerns, and recommendations to ICs and the department manager.
  10. Lead the stockroom team to comply with all security and safety procedures.
  11. Ensure all stockroom key performance indicators meet set goals.
  12. Escalate any liability issues to management.
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  2. Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to support company goals, with the ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  3. Strong financial and analytical skills, including managing business analytics to optimize company footprint.
  4. Knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes and global customs regimes.
  5. Proven success in change management, productivity improvement, and cost reduction programs.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree.
