Job Description

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including monitoring, receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
• Providing suggestions for ongoing improvements in warehouse and inventory operations, including but not limited to stock management, workflow, equipment, tools and health and safety practices.
• Managing inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely stock replenishments.
• Ensuring the efficient use of warehouse space and optimizing storage systems.
• Ensuring the ERP system is consistently updated with accurate stock levels and order statuses.
• Leading and managing warehouse staffs which includes assist, train, and influence warehouse staff to develop the necessary skills and maintain a positive attitude to ensure high productivity and efficiency for the company’s overall benefit.
• Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Proactively pursue continuous self-improvement, including adapting to and learning new technologies and operations to meet company expectations.
• Taking a leadership role in forstering a positive working environment.
• Monitoring equipment and facility maintenance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Collaborating and communicating with logistics business partners.

Requirements

• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
