Job Description
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including monitoring, receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
- Providing suggestions for ongoing improvements in warehouse and inventory operations, including but not limited to stock management, workflow, equipment, tools and health and safety practices.
- Managing inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely stock replenishments.
- Ensuring the efficient use of warehouse space and optimizing storage systems.
- Ensuring the ERP system is consistently updated with accurate stock levels and order statuses.
- Leading and managing warehouse staffs which includes assist, train, and influence warehouse staff to develop the necessary skills and maintain a positive attitude to ensure high productivity and efficiency for the company’s overall benefit.
- Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proactively pursue continuous self-improvement, including adapting to and learning new technologies and operations to meet company expectations.
- Taking a leadership role in forstering a positive working environment.
- Monitoring equipment and facility maintenance.

Requirements
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet goals.
- Forklift license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
- Physically fit.

- Proficiency in ERP and WMS software and Microsoft Office.
