About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, IT support, and banking operations. We have centralized technology components in Singapore to support regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide, operating in 19 countries to ensure a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions deliver transactional customer services while focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Understand business operations and requirements.
  2. Identify business challenges through data analysis.
  3. Enhance corporate action processes using GenAI.
  4. Streamline processes via system enhancements with Maco and VBA programs to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  5. Analyze corporate action data, including event terms, conditions, and payment processes.
  6. Adhere to KPIs, service levels, internal controls, and comply with legislation, regulations, and policies.
  7. Maintain understanding of product parameters, policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements for domestic and global markets.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate operational risks in corporate actions processing.
  9. Prepare management reports and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Division Management.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree with 6-7 years relevant experience in Trade Settlement.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Maco and VBA.
