YOUR MISSION _________

The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and customer experience within the Southeast Asia for Parfums Christian Dior brand. This role drives brand excellence in Southeast Asia by overseeing POS material lifecycle; from the development to deployment, ensuring adherence to launch plans and regional guideline. The role envisions and executes compelling planograms, fostering vendor relationships and ensures a consistently elevated brand experience across all in-store touchpoints. Additionally, the position involves forecasting and managing inventory for Novelty POSMs, conceptualizing engaging SPP/HPP events, and maintaining of counter aesthetic. This role demands a creative and organized individual who thrives on collaboration, possesses exceptional communication skills, and brings a keen eye for detail to every aspect of visual merchandising.

POS Materials & Planograms

  • Manage the update and maintenance of all POS materials within Southeast Asia counters, adhering to launch plans, specifications, and regional assortment guidelines for all product launches and counter openings.
  • Responsible for launch and replenishment of POSM local production - coordinate, validation drawings, tender, oversee production, deliveries for all locally produced POSMs and with respect to regional’s guideline
  • Develop and propose innovative local tools and solutions to meet specific business needs and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure POSMs are produced qualitatively and delivered within timeline
  • Recommend ideas and strategies to strengthen brand image and optimize the consumer journey.
  • Create and maintain planograms for all Southeast Asia counters, optimizing regional guidelines to ensure relevant and impactful product presentation.
  • VM Education: Guide teams in achieving the most qualitative and consistent in store presentation
  • Develop comprehensive Visual Merchandising guidelines to support effective execution across the region.
  • Manage monthly counter photo reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission to the stakeholders.

Forecast & Inventory Management

  • Collaborate with Operational Marketing Manager on Novelty POSM forecast and responsible for Basic inventory management by ensuring the stocks are adequate
  • Manage Basic POSM order requests from various stakeholders (RMs, field Team, field observation, maintenance, new counters openings etc.)

Animations and Events (Base on launch cycle/campaigns)

  • Conceptualize SPP/HPP event ideas based on the animation strategy, incorporating retail-tainment concepts to enhance consumer engagement.
  • To collaborate with the Regional Team to ensure design adheres to brands’ principles
  • Design & Production - coordinate, validate drawings and technical detail layout, tender, oversee production progress with high inspection criteria to ensure consistent excellence
  • Collaborate and manage stakeholders’ expectations and to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • Post launch reporting: Consolidate SPP/HPP photos and postmortem review

Counter Maintenance

  • Maintain counter brand image by ensuring all maintenance requests are submitted and completed within established timeframes

E-VM:

Manage new product uploads and maintain accurate product details

  • Assist in site content management, conducting monthly monitoring of e-commerce sites across Southeast Asia.
  • Support bi-weekly monitoring of competitor activity across key e-commerce sites.
  • Assist in microsite maintenance, ensuring assets are consistent, up-to-date, and brand aligned.

Budget Management

  • Manage yearly budgets allocated to produce VM assets distributed across the SEA markets by monitoring and reconciling monthly expenses.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Experienced profile with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills & experience in matrix environment
  • Strong project management and coordination skillsets
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneur spirit
  • Open to travel 30% business travel requirements (depending on travel restrictions)
