Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be part of a dynamic team of VIP Casino Marketing professionals, to develop new and manage assigned accounts
  • Execute and maintain all premium business initiatives relating to casino membership from designated target markets.
  • Implement and help manage all promotions and campaigns to increase awareness of casino membership, encourage visitation and drive revenue growth in alignment the target set by the management.
  • Thorough knowledge of the product with the ability to analyze customer behaviors.
  • Execute and analyze programs for attracting, retaining and reactivating customers, based on short and long term analyses of customer trends.
  • Assist in the implementation of systems to develop a thorough understanding of the relevant customer segments. Inclusive of this is the solicitation and measurement of customer feedback on matters including product, pricing, service, programs, promotions and offers, and using this information to develop future initiatives.
  • Accurate & timely reporting on performance versus targets, competitor activities, customer satisfaction with membership and customer feedback.
  • Regular cruising onboard vessels, including weekends and public holidays, with irregular hours to ensure comprehensive support for casino members is required to stay updated on the customer experience and foster strong relationships with casino members.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties related to the job functions required by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry and possess an established customer base.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen with qualifications in a business or marketing field.
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Display a high commitment of customer service.
  • Is a team player who motivates others to work effectively within the team.
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Achieves agreed business objectives and accepts accountability for results.
  • A target-driven attitude with flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week and with flexibility to travel as required
