Job Purpose
This role ensures awareness of and adherence to processes, policies, and codes of conduct for CBG frontline staff. The person will identify new areas needing controls or process improvements, strengthen processes, and monitor compliance to regulatory and bank standards to manage future risks.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Achieve investment product volume and revenue targets.
- Ensure AMFI certification/EUIN transfer for new and existing team members, with timely renewals.
- Provide training on new product launches, refresher courses on investments, Forex, AML, and other mandatory trainings, maintaining attendance records.
- Implement sales processes ensuring client suitability and compliance.
- Drive sustainable income through mutual fund volumes and activate team members for investment and Forex products.
- Gather market and customer feedback for product and process improvements.
- Disseminate market updates, product knowledge, and fund information among team members and unit heads.
- Monitor team activities to meet investment volume and revenue goals.
- Maintain customer-centricity, fair dealing, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Ensure availability of sales materials and timely replenishment.
- Resolve complaints within stipulated TAT, coordinating with product teams and partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record in FLOD, managing regulatory and operational risks, and ensuring process compliance.
- Knowledge of Indian banking regulations and operational guidelines.
- Experience in sales, client management, audits, and process controls.
- 7-9 years in banking or related fields, with stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in process documentation, controls, and governance.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Certifications in process adherence or audits are desirable but not mandatory.
