Barclays Singapore is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Private Banker to deliver exceptional sales and client relationship management within the private bank. You will identify opportunities, advise clients, and work within risk and regulatory frameworks to protect the bank’s reputation.

Deliver exceptional sales and business performance by acquiring, developing and maintaining highly proactive, long term client relationships. Protect Barclays reputation through sound risk decisions by managing client group within their risk profile and appropriate regulatory framework.
Manage and grow client relationships and acquire new clients - identifying and managing solutions to meet a wide range of client needs. Establish a sound understanding of the strategy of the clients in their portfolio through regular proactive contact, responding to client / prospect queries and requests and identifying opportunities that will deliver long term commercial reward. Manage operational, reputational, financial crime and credit risk for the portfolio to avoid exposing Barclays to undue risk. Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards Service/group relationships - referrals to group colleagues.
