Job Title: AML Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Perform document gap analysis by reviewing available documentation and evaluating information available publicly or through vendors for multiple Asian jurisdictions.
2. Liaise with sales/client teams to obtain and validate correct documentation.
3. Process AML/CDD by enriching onboarding requests in the system and performing enhanced due diligence as required.
4. Support creation of key business metrics.
5. Liaise with internal departments to support KYC issues - Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives.
6. Participate in remediations and internal/external audits.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar role (preferred).
2. Control-focused mindset and good understanding of regulatory and reputational risks (knowledge of Asian requirements a plus).
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to present to an audience.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
5. Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
6. Self-motivated.
