Job description

This role is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives related to Generative AI (Gen AI), Microsoft Copilot integration, process improvement, data analysis, and system enhancement. The incumbent will also manage the preparation of GMT reports and support project testing activities. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

  • Lead and support Gen AI and Microsoft Copilot initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and develop AI use cases.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and implementing optimized solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and develop Tableau dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of business requirement documentation and communicate clearly with technical teams.
  • Review user cases (UC) or functional specification documents (FSD) to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support system enhancement projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users on new tools, enhancements, and processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
  • Attend to operational issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Degree and preferably possess professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and HI)
  • Good understanding or prior experience in transactional process cycles in Claims is a plus
  • Able to multitask with minimal supervision to meet the deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel
  • Analytical, meticulous and accurate in producing superior quality of work
