Responsibilities
Develops and implements investor relations strategies to clearly communicate the company’s financial results, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects.
Leads the creation of key investor-related materials, including press releases, financial reports, investor presentations, and Q&A documents.
Manages financial communications to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with corporate messaging and objectives.
Oversees the content and regular updates of the Investor Relations section on the corporate website.
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and the financial media to build market confidence.
Plans, coordinates, and executes investor events such as earnings calls, investor roadshows/briefings, shareholder meetings (including AGM), and participation in relevant conferences.
Serves as a key point of contact for the investment community, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
Monitors and analyses market trends, competitor performance, analyst reports, shareholding patterns, and industry developments to provide strategic insights to senior management.
Assists in the preparation of business updates, half-yearly earnings releases, and regulatory filings.
Tracks and analyses sell-side coverage of the company and sentiment.
Ensures strict compliance with SGX listing rules, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance standards.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and recommends best practices for investor relations activities.
Leads the planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including event logistics and board material preparation.
Oversees the production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
Collaborates effectively with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communication teams, and other internal teams to maintain consistency in corporate messaging and investor communications.
Supports the CFO and Senior Leadership team in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Develops and manages the annual investor relations programme and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of related experience in a public listed company.
Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, capital markets, and business strategy.
Comprehensive knowledge of SGX Listing Rules and regulatory requirements for listed companies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft clear messaging and present confidently to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
High proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and investor reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage projects, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and operate with professionalism and integrity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events.
