Purpose of the job

An exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning marketing team who is constantly striving to launch innovative and best-in-class marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing events aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across retail banking segments, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, branch, propositions, compliance) to design the content and customer experience for the events.
  • Manage vendor relationships and event logistics, including budgeting, venue, permits, staffing, and post-event analysis.
  • Develop and execute post-event amplification to maximize event reach and impact.
  • Analyze event performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future events and improve ROI.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in events marketing, preferably within the financial services or retail banking industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end event campaigns**, from concept through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing and customer communications.
