About the Job

This is a high-performing team that owns the role of the “Business Owner” and drives key digital strategies for our key sales channels (Agency and Bancassurance). Our objective is to increase business efficiencies to achieve the channel’s top- and bottom-line budget numbers.

Responsibilities
  • Support management’s decision in project sponsorship by establishing clear business needs against what can be delivered by IT and our Platform/Product Owner.
  • Actively engage with our distribution partners to develop key strategies relevant to them.
  • Responsible for updating, prioritizing, and implementing digital platforms that drive distribution productivity.
  • Actively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects and strategies are rolled out in a clear, prompt and timely manner. Report project status to the senior management team.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum degree holder.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think analytically and strategically, strong business acumen and sense of numbers, meticulous and proactive.
  • Preferred to have project experience on large or e-commerce projects.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence to constantly push the boundaries.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and thrives on new challenges.
  • High proficiency in project tools, e.g. MS Office, JIRA, HPQC and Confluence.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and demonstrates a good attitude toward teamwork.
