Job description

Build and increase product and proposition awareness through strategising, optimising and execution of integrated marketing communication plans and campaigns to boost consumers’ consideration and purchase.

· Conceptualise, develop and execute end-to-end strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, tailored to targeted customer segments to achieve business objectives.

· Lead and drive proposition / segment driven marketing campaigns and initiatives across Great Eastern.

· Lead and develop effective digital and below-the-line product marketing assets; i.e. social content, articles, videos etc, in collaboration across Consumer Propositions, Distribution, Digital, Group Brand, etc, to deliver business outcomes.

· Involve in developing the right customer propositions for products and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all product marketing communications touch points.

· Monitor and review effectiveness of integrated marketing campaign performance and any other marketing initiatives for optimised results.

· Plan and execute products and propositions web journeys and content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a timely delivery of campaigns and projects.

· Prepare marketing analysis / projection of data required for campaign / budget approvals and manage approved budgets.

· Strong understanding of financial, insurance or banking knowledge and concepts

· Strong ability to plan and execute integrated marketing communications activities such as marketing assets, content marketing, media campaign management etc. independently

· Experience in planning and driving marketing campaigns and manage campaign administration independently

· Good knowledge of marketing trends, tools, capabilities to keep abreast and introduce to scope of work (where applicable)

· Proficient in preparing marketing analysis / projection of data required for campaign or business planning independently

· Able to prepare and create web content under Adobe Experience Manager independently

· Strong interpersonal skills and able to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders

· University graduate (preferably in marketing or communications) with 8 to 12 years of relevant working experience

· Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, written and spoken, strong in copy writing is an asset

· Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with good stakeholder relationship management

· Ability to lead campaigns and projects as well as guide junior team member(s) if applicable
