Responsibilities

• Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation for accurate payments.
• Serve as the key touchpoint for compensation-related enquiries.
• Enhance and streamline workflow & update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Deliver on ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Participate in projects & User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Onboard 3rd Party Distribution Channels.
• Set up Commission Campaign codes for compensation & incentives.
• Generate Income Statements as requested by Distributors.

Principal Responsibilities

• Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on-time and accurate payments.
• Serve as the key touchpoint for internal and external customers’ enquiries on compensation-related matters.
• Enhance and streamline workflow & update Standard Operating Procedures.
• Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned.
• Participate in projects & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
• Onboard 3rd Party Distribution Channels.
• Set up Commission Campaign codes for compensation & incentives.
