Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager with a strong background in physical security systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring the security and safety of our facilities.

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the administrative section, including, but not limited to, mailroom operations, contract management, invoice processing etc
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to security systems and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on security protocols and procedures.
  • Handle emergency situations and incidents promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and security-related expenses.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, conducting security audits and risk assessments
  • Prior experience working in the banking industry would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols.
  • Good in Microsoft Office suites
  • Ability to think out of the box
