JOB DESCRIPTION

Bank Account & Relationship Management

• Serves as the primary working level point of contact for banking partners, track and analyze bank fees, interest rates and service terms.

• Administers global bank accounts (opening/ closing, KYC, signatory updates).

Bank Facilities Management and Utilization

• Manages issuance, amendment, renewal and discharge of Bank Guarantees (BG’s), as well as acceptance of BGS.

• Monitors bank facility Utilization and ensure compliance with periodic reporting requirements.

Debt Capital Markets Support

• Assist in managing the EMTN programme (drawdowns, documentations, and compliance).

• Supports Debt Capital Markets activities, including settlements and bank coordination.

Share Buyback Programme

• Monitors share buyback programme, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Tracks execution and reconcile transactions with brokers/ banks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking or trade finance

• Accounting, treasury or investment management certification, e.g., CA, CTP, CFA preferred

• Proficiency in TMS/ ERP Systems

• Strong knowledge of corporate banking and dept capital markets products
