Job summary

ACTIVA SG PTE. LTD. through Gym Tonic is seeking an Assistant Trainer to support the GT programme for elderly clients. You will assist the trainer, conduct supervised sessions, and help maintain equipment across Gym Tonic sites.

The role targets entry to intermediate level and requires passion for improving physical and mental wellbeing of seniors, with opportunities to grow in a dedicated elderly fitness program.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic exercise science knowledge.
• Personal training cert such as FIC or ACE is a plus.
• SGUS Community Care and Health cert is a plus.
• Experience in senior care/fitness coaching is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise GT training program for elderly participants.
• Conduct physical fitness assessments for elderly participants.
• Assist Trainer in daily operations of the gym.
