Overview

This role will lead in all aspects of trade marketing activities and campaigns, with the aim of building brand awareness and positioning, customer engagement and sales growth. This role will also work closely with the Retail & Hospitality team to maintain and elevate operations efficiency and sales growth through various marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in daily marketing activities, campaign planning and execution
  • Lead in the planning, logistics and execution of any trade marketing events
  • Involved in communication strategies and activities to increase customer engagement

and retention

  • Liaise with Agencies and Media for marketing related activities
  • Assist in the management of social media calendar, postings and recap
  • Work closely with the wholesale partners in their trade marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the Retail & Hospitality team to provide marketing support and

optimize marketing activities and strategies

  • Work closely with the Retail & Hospitality team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Constantly be up to date with the social media platforms and fashion trends
  • Involve in the preparation of reports and any administrative work
  • Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned in-line with this role

Requirements

  • Preferably holding a Degree/ Diploma in Marketing and Communications or related

disciplines

  • Having minimally 5 years of trade marketing related experience within the beauty,

fashion or retail industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated individual with a keenness to learn and good time management
  • Detail-oriented and a collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across

cross-functional teams
