A leading sporting goods company seeks a Trade Marketing Manager in Singapore. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with various teams to drive performance. Ideal candidates have a degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or account management. A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential. Occasional business travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement mid-to-long term trade marketing strategies, aligned with business objectives.
Spearhead the planning and execution of the regional trade show.
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales and product team to customize trade marketing plans for key accounts within allocated marketing budget.
Manage trade marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer preferences, competitive trends and trade dynamics.
Conduct regular trade audit to ensure in-store display adheres to brand guidelines and explore opportunities to elevate brand’s visibility.
Ensure close communication with sales team and key accounts to monitor sell-through performance and implement additional marketing support when necessary.
Execute trade marketing support from VM updates to exclusive assets creation to in-store activation etc.
Day-to-day administrative operations e.g. compilation of reports and assets dissemination.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree with major in Marketing or any related course.
At least 3 years in marketing or key account management.
Prior experience in the sporting goods or retail industry will be preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of attention to details and ability to follow through plans to execution.
Strong organisational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
A positive, hard-working “can-do” attitude, and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously.
Occasional business travel required.
