Job summary

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company advancing lives through digital solutions and advanced services. We seek an operator to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts and Total Preventive Maintenance to support daily production, manage machines, packaging, and quality targets.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, clear jams, and uphold EHS, GMP, and 6S standards to drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes disciplined teamwork and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage an average of 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.
• Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.
• Responsible for complying with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulatory requirements, implement continuous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.
