Job summary

A technology services provider in Singapore is seeking a technician to perform repairs, module replacements, and handle RMA processes for intercom devices. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on skills, good organization, and occasional on-site support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and module replacements for intercom devices.

Job Scope:

• Conduct in-house testing, quality checks, and verification of repaired or replaced units

• Maintain inventory of spare parts and modules

• Prepare simple reports on repairs, failures, and RMA trends

• Provide on-site support for service calls or project installations as needed

• Assist service and project teams with technical support when required

• Assist with new product testing and evaluation

• Assist with other technical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field

• Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques

• Hands-on ability to perform module replacements and device assembly/disassembly

• Good organizational skills to track RMAs, spares, and documentation
