Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Singapore is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support the preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse automation systems. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering fields, and experience in automation maintenance. Responsibilities include performing PM activities and assisting with troubleshooting. Candidates must possess strong hands-on skills and be willing to learn, with a preference for WAH or Scissor Lift certification.

Qualifications

Maintenance Technicians

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse automation systems. Candidates may come from an automation, mechanical, or electrical background.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PM activities on conveyors, pallet lifters, ASRS interfaces, robots, FloorBots, and other automated systems.
• Assist with breakdown recovery and troubleshooting.
• Conduct inspections, servicing, part replacements, and system checks.
• Follow checklists and complete CMMS reporting.
• Support RCA documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational SOPs.

Candidates should meet one of the following

• Diploma/ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant fields
• Experience in warehouse automation, conveyors, robots, AGVs, or industrial equipment maintenance.

Other requirements

• Strong hands-on skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift (7am–7pm) when required.
• Preferred: WAH or Scissor Lift certification (training can be provided).
