Job Description

The Assistant Teacher will assist the English/Mandarin Teacher and the Principal in executing their professional duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working alongside the English/Mandarin Teacher to provide appropriate learning experiences for children within an inquiry, play-based context.
2. Assisting in documenting children’s learning through newsletters, portfolios, etc.
3. Creating a warm and nurturing environment for children.
4. Building and maintaining close partnerships with parents.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent. Candidates with a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education and at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

• 幼儿教育文凭，持有本科相关学历者优先；
• ECDA L2
• 至少2年幼儿教学经验；
• 普通话标准，写作规范；
• 工作积极，有责任感。
