Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of supply chain functions, including procurement, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.

  • Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

  • Plan and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, optimal stock turnover, and minimal obsolescence.

  • Oversee and coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, space optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between supply chain, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure effective supply planning and problem resolution.

  • Drive and support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and supply chain management systems.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing supply chain activities.

  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.

  • Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review, including inventory reports, procurement status, and supply chain KPIs.

  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse, and logistics.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and supply chain management tools.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
