Job Title: Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor (FFS) (ID8003)

Location: Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio, Tai Seng, Kallang, Changi

Working Hours: 6 days

Salary: up to $3050

Job Description:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of online grocery orders

• Maintain SOPs for picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery

• Handle customer enquiries related to orders

• Oversee receiving, issuing, and stock movement of goods

• Manage returns of damaged items and maintain inventory records

• Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards

• Perform general housekeeping and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail or inventory management experience

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones

• Able to carry loads up to 10-20kg
