Assist in overseeing daily shop operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise and support staff in customer service and food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to food safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
Ensure cash handling and transactions are accurate.
Support in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
